Bought the Full Kitchen before, on this iPhone or another one? Use the same Apple Account you bought it with, then:

Open Guessipe and tap Kitchens on the home screen.
Tap any kitchen with a lock.
Tap Grown-ups: see the price, type the answer to the sum and tap Continue.
If your purchase is found, the screen says Your Full Kitchen is open. Enjoy! If not, tap Restore purchase.

Three wrong answers to the sum lock the check for one minute.

Apple handles payments and refunds for App Store purchases. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
